Using standard 8 oz./250 ml measuring cup which contains aPRO PLANroximately 112 g of Pro Plan. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container for your dog daily. For your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly. Store in a cool, dry place.

We recommend that you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow him to become overweight. The exact amount of food your dog requires will need to be adjusted according to age, activity and environment. But a good place to start is with these guidelines for an average, active, adult dog fed once daily.

Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow seven to ten days to ease the transition from his current food. This will help prevent dietary upsets. Great for all my old timers

Good baseline dry food

Admiral likes this food partially because of the smaller pieces. In addition, one of the types of pieces in the adult version are in this in a smaller size and less of them per volume- which is what I think he prefers.

LOVES THIS FOOD

Diamond has been eating the same food for 7 years. I was in Pet Smart and they were having a sale on Pro Plan. Well I brought a bag and gave her some she ate this food up all I could hear was the bowl going across the kitchen floor. I am so glad she had no issue with her food change, since they always say you should gradually introduce new food to your pet. I did not have to do this. She loves this food and now I am a customer for life.

Size of hard nuggets

I have difficulty finding the smaller hard nuggets that is made for toy or small breeds. I do like the Shredded Blend as it does have pieces that are easier for my small dogs to get in their mouths and chew.

Easy to see the bag you want

My Labrador is 14 years old and his coat still looks beautiful people comment everyday and how amazing he looks he is always been in great health and he's been on the shredded chicken and rice since he was old enough to have it its felt wonderful product I recommend it to everyone I meet especially when they comment on how beautiful his coat is and how he shines.

Nice improvement in dogs energy

I had been feeding a high end food, but after talking with a rep was disappointed in how they viewed nutrition and did no feeding trials. Researched foods and was pleased to know Pro Plan did feeding trials and tried it. My 12 year old dog has completely turned around on this diet. He has more energy and interacts more with people and pets and the change happened about 2 weeks after starting Pro Plan.

Used for years.

Adult 7+ is awesome food!!!

With the 101 different choices of dog food, (it seems that many) asked my veterinarian doctor, she recommended Purina products especially pro plan. Dog has been eating Purina & pro plan food all his life. My dog is currently 10 plus yrs. old, been eating pro plan adult +7 for the last 3 plus yrs. Vet says my dog is in above average health for a dog his age.
