Amazing product

Wonderful on cat's skin allergy from flea bites
We've used this product for perhaps 10 years each time our cats start licking their fur off due to flea bite allergies. They get immediate itch relief and stop licking so their skin can heal quickly. The vet said it would also not taste too good and would numb the cat's tongue a little, such that they will not lick their wound or lick off this medicine. Even when the licking goes unnoticed until the fur is gone and skin is being licked raw, it only takes a dose or two to cure the problem. Application is very easy, just squeeze the bottle to puff a little of this powder on the target spot. Our vet even refers to this product as "puff". Our bottle expired April 2008 and is one third full, so it doesn't take much to use for the occasional treatment, plus it still seems to be working fine. This stuff is wonderful, and I totally recommend it for feline flea bike allergic reactions. It probably works very well for other skin problems, too. I've also applied it to the rare wound, and it seems to work well. by on 05/03/2014
Product that is effective!
Neo Predef has been very helpful with my shih tzu's skin problems. He has many allergeries and is prone to scab like bumps all over his skin. When I treat the spots with Neo Predef he gets immediate relief. He feels better... and so do I. I would recommend this for any dog with skin issues. It does contain some steroids so using it only when necessary is important. Of course, ask your vet prior to any use. A Rx is required. by on 07/01/2013
Hot Spots - Golden Retriever
We recently adopted a 4 1/2 yr Golden Retriever from the Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue and they send him home with a bottle of Neo-Predef for his hot spots....it's wonderful and works very quickly to stop the itch and begin the healing process....within 2 days!!! awesome for vaginal licking/sores and other b/c dry
One vet at my clinic knew about using this after nobody really helped with this problem. My dog's vaginal area doesn't protrude enough, so it traps moisture between her outer folds, which causes something like a diaper rash, and then sores. This stuff both heals it and dries it so it's not wet and irritating her. Not painful going on. But we also used it for a foot infection--it's great because of its healing properties together with its drying/moisture absorbing properties. by on 08/17/2009
