Is Fancy Feast a Good Quality Cat Food?
Answer

Yes, the Fancy Feast Cat Food is good quality cat food. Fancy Feast cans contain adequate amounts of protein, fat, and fiber. It also contains taurine, which is an amino acid that supports healthy circulatory functions in your cat's body. As a wet cat food, Fancy Feast is quite delicious as well. Cats enjoy the Fancy Feast gourmet food that contains flaked fish and shrimp. The natural and fishy Fancy Feast cat food flavors make the meal even more enjoyable for your feline friends. So all in all, Fancy Feast for cats is indeed a good quality cat food.

Is Fancy Feast Cat Food Being Discontinued?
Answer

No, the Fancy Feast wet cat food is not being discontinued. There was, however, a shortage of the product in the market, for which many assumed it was discontinued. Like Fancy Feast, many other cat food brands faced this problem, mostly because of the COVID-19 pandemic. There was either a shortage of resources, or manufacturing was put on hold for unavoidable reasons. However, you can expect the various Fancy Feast flavors to be back on the market now, and your cat can enjoy the delightful taste of the Fancy Feast can food.

How Many Cans of Fancy Feast Can You Feed Your Cats Per Day?
Answer

You can give 2 cans of Fancy Feast cat wet food to your cat each day. Anything more than that amount could cause problems for your cat. 2 should be enough to meet their daily nutritional requirements, as well as keep their tummies satisfied.

What Is the Healthiest Cat Food?
Answer

Fancy Feast is the healthiest cat food, and it is not that expensive either. It provides your cat with protein, fat, and necessary minerals. It also has taurine to keep your cat's heart and circulatory system active and healthy. The use of real fish and shrimp flakes makes the Fancy Feast canned food tasty, which in turn makes the meal appealing to cats.

Should You Mix Wet Cat Food With Dry Cat Food?
Answer

Yes, you should mix wet and dry cat food. Your vet can help you create a customized meal plan that incorporates both types of cat foods. Mixing makes it easier for you to manage your cat's nutritional requirements. It might also make the food more appealing to your cats.

Do Cats Prefer Warm or Cold Food?
Answer

Cats usually do not prefer cold food. They like their food at room temperature, maybe slightly warm. So do not give them anything directly from the fridge. First, warm it up a little, or at least let it reach room temperature. You can then serve them the meal. This, however, may not work at times, depending on your cat's preference. While most cats prefer the food at room temperature, some might actually like it cold. So you will have to work that out by observing your cat while it eats the food, and then decide what is best for your beloved feline friend.

Do You Need to Refrigerate Canned Cat Food After Opening?
Answer

Yes, you need to refrigerate canned cat food after you open it. Otherwise, there is a high chance that the food might get spoiled. Before serving the food again, you can take the can out, uncover it, then warm it up a little if your cat prefers the food hot. For covering, you can use zipper disposable bags. The canned food might spoil within an hour or four if you leave it open, depending on the temperature and climate conditions. It might even attract flies and other small insects. Hence, always refrigerate the food once your cat is done eating.

S
Excellent Food

One of my cats is allergic to dairy and poultry. His vet recommended a prescription hydrolyzed protein food, or novel protein, like lamb or alligator. We can't afford that, but feel he deserves the best we can give. If you look at the ingredients of commercial foods, even the "seafood" varieties have chicken in them in the way of bone meal or fats. We finally found a fish and potato dry chow from Blue Buffalo that is actually fish, but he loved his daily scoop of wet food. This is the one food that he really likes, is affordable, and looks so good in the can that I could probably eat it. Unlike the other fish recipes from this and other brands, it doesn't look like over-processed leftovers with added fillers; It looks like chunk light tuna with bits of shrimp. His buddy, Sagan, likes that he's a recipient of Tyson's dietary struggles. The astrophysi-kitties are 100% spoiled now. Like that's a bad thing...
