suggests that video games that offer no tactile reward, could be leading our cats down a spiral of reward-seeking behavior, thinking they are going to eventually catch one of the candies, but never getting one. The same rule applies to using a laser pointer, since it offers visual stimulation, but no sense of accomplishment for "catching" the red dot. It is a game they can never truly win, by their standards, and therefore can become a dangerous combination of infatuating and infuriating.On the other hand, these cats seem to be having a good time.
