There are so many reasons to be thankful for having a great pet. With very little training, a dog can save you a great deal of money on dishwashing by using their tongues. They can act as an instant mail shredder, albeit maybe too instant. And donโ€™t underestimate the power of natural fertilizer on your lawn.Okay, maybe not every pooch carries their own weight with the household chores, but they bring something much more important into your home โ€“ unconditional love. When we learned about the

Educated Canines Assisting with Disabilities

(ECAD) program, we saw our passion of sharing a little love embodied in the hard work of the people and dogs who make this program possible. ECAD breeds, raises, educates, and deploys the best assistance dogs in the world to support the needs of people, especially veterans, with serious disabilities. The dogs are trained to pick up dropped objects, retrieve prosthetic limbs, remind their owners to take medicine, help them walk, and calm them when they're anxious. They offer not only physical assistance, but also the best therapy: love.PetCareRx is proud to be a supporter of this cause, providing complete

nutrition

to the 55 dogs currently being trained for deployment. While those dogs are training to make a difference, we'll feed them well.Learn more about the
