It's the best for dogs who are outside-inside dogs.I just need the bigger doseage.My dogs tange from 50lbs to 130lbs.I use program,flea powder and a outside spray.They run 25 acres.

This product took a couple months of use, but my Husky was just infested. Today after 6 months of taking "The Program" we have no more fleas. Great product and no RX needed. I put it in a ball of velveeta cheese and its gone in less than a second.

Only reason I got this product was because I read all the reviews from here and it was all great reviews, but when I tried it on my dog it didn't work,. It seems to me like she has more fleas now than what she had before we ordered the pills. They def didn't work for us..

We moved to southern Florida, and my American Eskimo was on Frontline plus. In Massachusetts, the Frontline kept fleas away. We got fleas in the Florida house, and were bombing the carpets every week, flea baths and dips every few days, in addition to the frontline plus, what a huge job and headache!! Thank goodness for the oral pill Program, we have no flea issues. We have since moved to an all tile house, which i think further helps keep them away. But now I only notice fleas when I sweep dead ones into the dust pan. She never scratches anymore, and I check her fur daily, so we know the fleas are gone.

I live in Florida,and have 2 dogs (an Aussie and a Lab). I've been using this for over 2 years, and have never had a flea problem.Much easier (and more reliable) than any of the topical treatments.

I have a 3 year old, 11lb maltese/ yorkie mix (better known as a morky). He's very allergic to flea bites. His scratching is terrible! I mean from pulling hair out to sleepless nights from the continuous scratching. Over the years I have tried Advantage, Advantix, and Frontline. Advantix worked for awhile then stopped. Started using Advantage....never worked. Then my Vet recommended I try Frontline. That worked for a little less than a year. So just recently I did some research on the Internet and came across Program. OMG.....THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT!!!!!! As soon as I gave the pill to my dog a few hours later the scratching seemed to become less and less. I was total amazed at how fast it worked! I actually seen him sit still without scratching for more than one hour. I thought I would never find ANYTHING that would solve our flea problem, but GOD answered my prayers and sent us Program. I HIGHLY recommend this product to those doggie parents who suffer thru putting the topical products on their dog where they just shake or rub it off immediately. I went thru that with mine also. I had even called my Vet to ask about Program. I was told by the Vet assistant that they didn't sell Program because it doesn't work. Funny, just like a found this AMAZING pill, now it's time to find a new Vet. Please if the other topical produts have failed you try, try Program. You won't regret it! Just seening how much my dog has relief from his scratching was enough for me to keep using this product. THANKS Program!

I have been using this product for over a year on my dog. It works great for my Eskie who loves water and spot on treatments never quite seemed to work for longer than 2 weeks. My sister has also converted to Program for her Cocker and has no fleas!

This works so much better than the topical stuff. I always make such a mess with the topical, it gets all over my dogs hair and I am afraid of the kids petting them and getting it on them. This product works and is a lot easier to get the dogs to swallow a pill than put that greasy stuff on their necks.

I have 2 labs. I tried the topical, they did not like it, and it only "sort of " worked. This product works 100%. I never see any fleas on them. They go swimming in the creek, play in the woods, and lay around in the yard. I highly recommend it. I give it to them all year long since we live in the south, which has mild winters (usually!).

I have been using Program for my Jack Russel for a few years. Tried other topical products and all it did was leave a hard to clean oily residue on her white coat that turned it yellowish. I read about Program and Capster and decided to try them both.. OMG... What a releif for my dog. One attacks the adult fleas and the other the eggs. I still use both to this day. You will never regret it, This IS the only product that worked.

I, too, have dogs that hated the topical flea treatments. One would immediately start rolling on the carpet or the grass, and the other I'd have to chase around the coffee table - as soon as he'd see the tube he'd be on the run! But they both take this stuff like treats, I give it to them while they're eating, easy easy easy. No nasty side effects yet, I recommend this to my friends.

After giving my 5 y/o shitzu Program since puppyhood, we got a new pup switched vets and was told that a topical was the way to go. BIG MISTAKE and we have gone back to Program and will never change.

We had such a bad flea problem that when rinsing off the flea shampoo from my dog I thought that she had been covered with ground pepper. Our vet recommended Program and to my surprise it really worked, no fleas for over 10 years. I don't know how well other products work, but with Program I don't need to find out.

My two dogs ages, 12 1/2 yrs and 13 yrs. have always taken Program pills from April thru October each year . I have never had one flea on them or in my house. I haved tried Advantage but it was too harsh for their skin and would immediately roll in the grass to get it off (if I could get it on them at all).We live in the Northeast where winters are harsh, therefore not needed because of the extreme cold in the winter months.

I recently found out that I can not use topical flea control on my dog because is causes my dog skin problems. This is when I started looking for other alternatives and found this product. My dog liked the taste which is great because he has a knack for finding pills in his food, and I haven't seen a flea on him yet this summer.

After using Promeris Spot On (which my yorkie can't stand) to get rid of the initial infestation, I switched to Program. Works great & there's no chasing him around the room to get the spot on treatment on him. This is definitely a keeper!!!!

Last year we got a flea infestation even while using flea treatments for our pets (1 dog, 2 cats). We noticed a problem while the pets had flea collars on. So we switched to a store bought spot treatment. The flea problem just continued to worsen, the treatment seemed to have no effect. We bathed our dog once a week to try to curb the problem and vaccumned every 3 days. But our pets were still miserable and it just seemed to be getting worse. We tried pet sprays that you spray on the pets and all the bedding and rugs, still no help. We bought Advantage from the vet thinking that finally we would get results, but it seemd to be as ineffective as the regular store brand treatments. Finally we tried Program Flavor Tabs along with the Capstar, both by Novartis and we noticed almost immediate improvement. The Capstar kills all the adult fleas on the pet, then the Program takes care of all the imature fleas and eggs. Within days the pets were showing signs of less and less fleas (no more constant scratching and flea biting) and within a month we were back to being flea free. I will not use any other product besides the Program and Capstar (espeicially after trying so many that did nothing!).

I have been using Program for dogs for years. I have two dogs and have never had a flea problem with them. Even though the product says it controls the population but doesn't kill adult fleas, I have never even seen an adult flea on my dogs. I have never used it in conjunction with anything else and have never had to. I have been using this product for over 15 years now and will continue to do so.

This is a flea control program that really works and there is no need to put harsh liquid poisons on a dogs back to do the job--it's all in tablet form.

I didn't like the topical flea medications because it would get all over your hands (until the solution absorbed fully into the dogs skin.) But with this small pill, there is no mess at all and my 2 dogs are protected from fleas! I love this product!!

We've used Program for years now and are extremely satisfied with the product. We've tried sprays, baths, collars, and the ointment type treatments but none of it were effective. Finally, the Program Tablets worked a miracle. Great product, highly recommended.

No matter what I did, my little long hair chihuahua could not keep the fleas off. Florida seems to be a paradise for fleas. Frustrated, I heard about Program Flea Killer for dogs. Now, the only time she whines, is when she wants out. Now I'm with Program and my dog is scratch free!
