PetPlus is not an autoship program, you can place your orders as you need at your own speed. PetPlus simply provides access sitewide to the wholesale prices and free shipping on all orders.

Once you login with your email address to our site, you can view your savings on the homepage along with the petplus accounts section.

Memberships automatically renew 1 year from the initial enrollment date.

The membership is on a per-pet basis. Therefore each pet enrolled has access to the benefits. Any pets not enrolled will not have access to the wholesale prices, however can still make purchases for at the retail cost.
