We used to feed our science diet when they were younger and our boy kept getting calcium build up. We switched to pedigree right after and they love it. It is such a good balance. We've got two young adult dogs, a puppy, and a senior and they all do fantastic on it.

I've been feeding my dog pedigree her whole life. She is now 14 and the only health problems to pop up is that she is losing her eye sight to cataracts. I could contribute her good health to a combination of things but this product has to be one of the main reasons she is still with me and in good health. Also, she really loves the chicken flavored food.

I started giving this to my 2 dogs about 6 months ago. Found they had easier digestion, ate it more readily and decreased amount of stool. Which tells me they are retaining it and getting the nutrients they need. And they really are eating better!

I bought this three weeks ago and it is a great food. Chris was losing weight. She averages about 59 Lbs. but one day I checked and she was 49.5 Lbs. so I switched foods. The other wasn't a bad food but helped dogs lose weight. Since the change neighbors have mentioned that Chris a happier. My next door neighbor wonders how I turn her energy off. She is happy and energetic and I don't see a problem with that as long as she listens. Chris is wearing her perpetual grin again.

My two dogs have eaten Pedigree Adult dry food all of their lives. One is 14 years old and the other is 10. My little one has now decided that the 'yellow' pieces are his favorite and will pick them all out, leaving only the brown pieces. If he comes back later to eat, he will sit and stare at me and the bowl, waiting for me to give him more of the 'yellow' pieces. Ever consider putting more of those pieces in the bag? That flavor seems to have the fewest pieces. :)

I have been buying this food for years for my dogs. Bought a bag last week, now it's full of green and orange bits. Mixed it (as usual) with a can of Pedigree. THIS STUFF STINKS NOW. Really nasty stench when wet now. My dog won't eat it at all, and he used to clean his bowl every night. Who changed the formula and why? What happened?

I am extremely upset that you started coloring the food! I have used Pedifree for years. One main reason being that you didn't use food coloring. Now I will have to go thru the trouble of finding a new dog food, that I can afford, that I am happy with, that doesn't color the food. That used to be pedigree. PLEASE go back to the original way.

I unfortunatlely will probably have to change foods. You have changed the formula to include more "meaty flavors". and some new color chunks. The new flavors are not sitting well with my 4 dogs. Especially my senior. I have used this food for years and now I am not sure where to go. I might have some choices to get the old formula in other stores but thats the point.

I actually tried trading down to one of the cheaper foods many years ago, but I immediately saw a huge difference for the worse in my dog's coat. Adding 1/2 to 1 TBSP of extra virgin olive oil to I bowl of food enhances my dog's skin and coat. Really helps during the winter when lower humidity attacks dog's skin and coats.

I have always fed this food to my dogs past and present, and I have had minimal health issues with any of them. All my pets have died from old age only, and I attribute that to them eating this healthy food, taking dental bones (dentastix) daily, and getting all the love and care they get from me! No dental or physical issues - so I keep doing what I am doing to keep getting the results I am getting.

I have a dog that has eaten Pedigree Adult complete nutrition for several years now. This is the only brand she will eat, until they came out with the chicken flavor. All 3 of my dogs will not eat the chicken flavor and I am having to drive 30 miles to get the original flavor, but I am afraid that the store I go to will not be carrying it soon. I hope this is not the case due to the fact, that my dogs will have to eat can dog food solely and that is not a very good option,.

Would defiantly like to see salt be taken out, as garlic, salt, and onions are very bad for your pet; and other things. but yet, so is human food and we feed them that.

I have fed my dog Adult Complete Nutrition for over 4 years. She is 4 1/2 years old. She will NOT eat the "Chicken Flavor" which I was told is the same product as always, it's always been chicken flavored, "They just put Chicken Flavor on the packaging lately". I don't believe it. My dog just won't eat it. I am changing her to a brand that doesn't make changes without telling the general public. Just my take on it. My dog knows for sure.

I'm that guy, the one that's been raising dogs my whole life. I learned it from my parents, who had dogs their whole lives, and learned how to rear them from their parents, who had dogs their whole lives. Beyond that, I don't know. What I do know is that all the dogs in those generations, as well as mine, will eat is Pedigree. Having tried other 'azure bovine' foods, because the breed I have now is an American Akita, and closer to wolf than most other dogs. Pedigree is not all that we've bought in the past, but it's all that he'll eat now. Pair that off with the Dentastix, and he's one healthy 1 year old American Akita.

I've been buying Pedigree brands for twenty years. From Puppy to Adult foods, as they grow. Pedigree has served me well and my different breeds, Poodle to Doberman, they have all preferred Pedigree over several assortment of other brands. Not to say the names of the other brands, I will just say from premium to cheap, my dogs have always preferred Pedigree, to the point where I have had to give away the other brands and go get them Pedigree. Pedigree is not only the choice for them, they have made Pedigree the choice for this house.

I have been using pedigree dry food for about 25 years & I breed toy & mini shar pei. Shar Pei are known for skin allergies, but mine do not get skin problems of any kind. รย They have good firm stools which makes clean up easier. รย Keep a nice healthy weight even though we free feed & they can eat as much as they want. I have used Pedigree in the past until I had a lab that had allergies. The artificial color that is used in Pedigree seemed to be at least part of her problem. We switched to Nutro Natural Choice years ago to avoid the unnecessary colorants and my labs have been happy and healthy ever since. I am going to answer NO to the question of "recommend to a friend" but I only do that because of the colors you put in the food. Other than that, I think Pedigree is a decent food at a very reasonable price. Mars Pet is a great company that truly cares about animals and I only purchase products made by them.

I have been using this products for years and years. It doesn't seem to be as good as it use to be. The sizes vary. I have one dog that has a problem with digesting it. It could be just a little smaller, I feed it to small dogs and very large dogs. More consistency would be good.

I had my dog Panda for almost 17 years. She spent her whole life on Pedigree food. She started out on Pedigree Puppy and moved on to Pedigree Adult Complete. It was only when Panda turned 13 that she had to move on to Pedigree Can Food. Now I have two other dogs; Noomo and Boo Radley. Have been using Pedigree Adult Complete since our Golden retriever puppy was 6 mos. old. He is 11 mos. now. We used the Puppy food before that. Our previous Golden only had Pedigree Adult Complete food, we had him for six years. Our dogs like Pedigree food and it seems work for us.

We have 5 dogs. We tried the Pedigree before, and they don't seem to care for it. It was almost as if they were bored . They would look to see if their were any other options before either eating or walking away . However Pedigree is a good name with a good reputation

I did a side by side comparison with Walmarts brand name รย that indicated "compare to" Pedigree. The results were that they had difficulty chewing it and that it was not as easily digested w/o complications resulting. This is just My experience, Pedigree is better

I have purchased Pedigree dry dog food for over five years. The adult complete nutrition formula is always on the shelves and in large bags, which is what I get. I also have been feeding my larger dog the weight management formula. It is great that I have the choice to customer feed both of my dogs.

My dog likes this (especially if I mix in some Pedigree Beef & Rice wet food), he eats it and doesn't spit any of it out like he did with another brand. (He'd spit out some of the kibble shapes he didn't like) He also has good stools. I also feel good about buying this because I love how Pedigree helps animal shelters (which is where I got Buddy from).

I wondered if we should look for one of the high end (expensive) grain-free special foods, but we decided that if it ain't broke we shouldn't try to fix it. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I started using Pedigree with my 3 Boxers In 1992 and they lived to be 14. I believe diet was a major factor in their longevity. I have continued to use Pedigree with my rescued/stray dogs for the last 9 years. They are all large dogs (80-120 lbs.) and they do quite well with it. I also use the canned food for a special treat, mixed in with the dry, and they love it! I have tried many different brands, but pedigree is ALWAYS on hand at my house and is the MAIN diet I feed. I have used pedigree Food for 15 + years I also use small breed wish it came in a big bag though. Then I also use the can dog food for some of my senior dogs who have a hard time eating. I rescue dogs so a good quality food is important saves on medical bills. We have an abused animal rescue when we had to for $ reasons go down to just our 4 dogs, I needed to find a well rounded food for all. I ACTUALLY CALLED YOUR CUST SERV DEPT and with each ones medical conditions, the lady I spoke to helped me change over to this brand. She even sent me some WELCOMED coupons. Just bought our first bag of Pedigree two weeks ago. We currently have four dogs, two small and two large adults in the house. We were feeding them Purina Dog Chow until one of them developed an allergy of unknown origin. So far they really love the taste of the Pedigree brand. All of my dogs have been raised, and thrived, on a diet of Pedigree dog food. I only have two complaints.
1. Your bags used to be made from paper and now they're being made from some sort of plastic stuff. I don't like it or them! They can't be recycled or burned and must be disposed of in a landfill!!!! GO BACK TO PAPER BAGS!
2. Why can't you make the older adult formula with something for the joints larger bags??

I have been buying this brand ever since we adopted our Belgium Malinois through a prisoner program that some prisons in our state uses to help prisoners learn love and responsibility. They recommended this brand as they said they had the best results from it compared to other brands they'd tried with the dogs. Our dogs both love the taste of the Pedigree. The size of the bites is good for both the big dog and small min pin dog in our household. They do not get loose stools eating it. They both have energy, healthy coats, and do not itch. I'd recommend this Pedigree ADULT complete nutrition for adult dogs that do not have health problems like joint pain. If my dogs end up with joint pain when they age, I will then try the Pedigree dog food that addresses that need. Thank You For A Great Product.

One of the main reasons I (the dogs) picked pedigree is because they all three like it. I have been feeding it 3 years with no problems, then I saw a commercial for a competitor and read the ingrediant list. I was disappointed meat was not a main ingredient. I do feel less guilty spending the extra money on canned dog food now though...I still feed it and probably will not change as it is affordable for me.

We started using the product three dogs ago. Our current dogs are a Mutt and Jeff combination with one being a Boxer and the king of the house is a Yorkie. The Adult complete is small in size so easy for both dogs to eat, It has allowed us to get the dogs back to a normal weight. We did change to one of the high protein dry foods from brand X but did not see any improvement to their coats or skins. This product is doing excellent.

My other dogs eat this food, altho debating on trying a differ dry food, as have 2 dogs with itchy allergies, unknown from what, and their skin is dry. รย
The small bites variety does not come in a big enough sized bag for me to economically buy, which is also a point against Pedigree dry.

I buy the 46 pound bags - they used to be 52 pounds, but got lighter. I don't understand why so many of my friends put down Pedigree as a junk food source as the ingredients are not that great. Dog food magazines also put Pedigree down as having too many worthless fillers, but Pedigree is all I can afford to feed my 3 Greyhounds - I don't see it as junk food - might not be top of the line fancy, but my dogs see to be healthy. รย I wish I could get coupons mailed to me as I don't have the ability to print them out and my dogs are all rescued ex racing Greyhounds.

The dogs eat it but I switched them to a no grain diet now. Chicken by products include feathers. Would you eat that? If Pedigree comes out with a grain free by product free dye free diet I would definitely try it. People are learning what is in dog food and will pay the extra for the good stuff.

Unfortunately my dog Toby developed a food allergy to this product so we can no longer feed it to him. Our other dog Nanuk is fine with it but it's hard to keep Toby from eating it so we can no longer use the product.

My German Shepherd gets so excited over dinner time that I can't hardly get the bowl down before she dives in to eat! She loves her food, and Pedigree is the brand she likes best. It provides everything for a nice coat, good teeth, and healthy all over appearance.

We have 3 dogs in 3 sizes...Sm, Med and large. They all let us know when it's time to feed them - they'd never miss their Pedigree meal! At an affordable price, Pedigree makes a consistent product that my dogs enjoy and its mild on their stomachs. Only thing that could be changed is non-corn/filler option. Three dogs generate a lot of poop!

I have been using Pedigree dog food for over 20 years. It kept my Husky/Shepherd/Wolf fed and healthy for his 16 year life, and I feed it to my Blue Heeler (11 years old and still spry and active) and my Chihuahua/Border Collie (3 years old). They all love it. And it it sost effective - it is high in protein which means the dogs eat less.

All of our furry K9 kids enjoy eating Pedigree. We have Siberian Huskies and a Border Collie and all their coats are beautiful and the vet is always commenting on what good shape they are in and we believe their diet of Pedigree dry is the reason for their continued great health.

We've tried a number of brands over the years and always come back to Pedigree Adult as not only to our dogs love it, but we can see a noticeable difference in their health when we're feeding Pedigree regularly (specifically with their digestion and shinier coat). According to our vet, it's one of the best foods you can buy for the price. Thanks, Pedigree for keeping our boys happy and well fed! :)
