Helped my dog
My dog had been having some digestive issues. He had a stomach infection and had been on antibiotics. His stool was watery and close to diarrhea for about a month after the antibiotics. I noticed a difference within a week a giving this. His stool is now back to normal and I plan to continue giving this as maintenance & a preventative. by on 08/12/2024
HELPED MY DOG SO MUCH WITH GASTROENTERITIS
Well I thought she wasn't going to make it but the care that the ER vet did was a lifesaving miracle for her after two days in the ER. Afterwards he told me to use Proviable once a day which I put in her food (stay away from all types of kibble. I have stopped that since she was 3 years old. She is 13 now, a Japanese Chin). All dogs need this....
I open up one capsule and spread it on their wet food or dry food... it's tasteless and makes a huge difference i their poops and digestive track. Highly recommend this product... when I'm out my dogs poops suffer. by on 06/11/2023
Seems to be helping
Our vet prescribed this for our older dog who has been struggling with digestive issues. It easily mixes in her food and she doesn't appear to notice a taste. The supplement seems to be helping. You just have to be careful when popping the capsules out as they can be easily broken. by on 06/08/2023
THIS STUFF WORKS
I started using Proviable about 18 months ago since it was prescribed by the emergency Veterinarian when my dog had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. I never had her on any probiotic before. Proviable along with a home-made holistic diet (with prebiotics) helped clear things up and she never had a sever issue like that since. by on 11/25/2022
Great probiotic
This was recommended by a friend who is a Veterinary nurse as one she uses for her own pets. It really works well for my dogs. One of them can not have it opened and sprinkled because it causes increased symptoms of bacterial overgrowth so it has to be given in the capsule. Veterinarian vs Pet Care RX Proviable-DC cost
My vet gave me a prescription for Proviable-DC for my puppies stomach/digestive problems. The cost from the vet was $40. almost double the amount I pay at PetRX. It worked so well for my puppy that 8 months later she is still on Proviable-DC and doing so well I'm afraid to take her off it. by on 01/13/2020
Tremendously helpful for digestive issues
I wish I'd started using this sooner. I have a 6 lb. chihuahua mix and every few months she would get an upset stomach. It would last a few days, and I'd have to give her boiled chicken and coax her to eat. Since she's been taking Proviable, she hasn't had an upset stomach in almost 6 months.
