Our 11 week Goldendoodle puppy loves this food and has had no problems while eating it! We switched him from Royal Canin and he had no issues when we switched him over. He's been eating it for almost a month now. He is very important to us and it makes me feel better knowing we are giving him something more natural than a lot of other products. He goes crazy every time he knows it's time to eat!

My 7 month old lab mix has been on this food since he was 10 weeks. His coat is BEAUTIFUL and everyone always comments on how pretty he is. My dockson/pug has also been on this brand since he was 1, he's now 3. They love feeding time and have never gotten sick of the food. Our chocolate lab started having issues with the food the breeder told us to feed him so we went and got the Nutro Puppy food and within a couple days he was so much better. He LOVES it and eats it very well. He is 17 weeks now and we get so many complements on how great he looks and how shinny his coat is. I would highly recommend this food. He will stay on Nutro as an adult dog as well.

I have a standard poodle who was very picky and would turn her nose up to anything. And she kept having ear infections. I decided to just try this food because i noticed it had no corn, wheat or soy. I am so glad I did!! not only does she eat it happily, cleans every bowl. Her ears are clearing up. I feed this to my pug puppy as well and he doesnt have one issue with it or the bite size. I got my English pup at 8 weeks old and he had diarrhea up until 16 weeks. I took him to the vet. Doctor tested stool nothing was wrong with him, he just had to get uses to his food. I tried puppy food such as: Diamond w/ a little canned pumpkin & Blue Buffalo but nothing help. Plus his gas was horrible! I was adamant to have him try Natural Choice (recommended by doctor), it stop his gas and diarrhea within the 2nd day!! His gas have reduced significantly and does not make you want to leave the room anymore. Most important his stood is hardening day after day. He's coat is so shiny. I'm very happy with Natural Choice. It has made me and my puppy very happy.

We switched our 12 week old beagle pup to blue chicken and rice puppy food. We kept hearing how good it was and we wanted the best for our dog so we switched.
Our beagle started getting VERY loose stools and was going to the bathroom 4 times a day. We are switching back to the Nutro puppy food. I dont know if its the oatmeal that makes the difference or what but it does better for our dog.

We recently added Milo a golden retriever puppy to our family and was feeding him Purina puppy chow. After a few days he became picky and would only eat his food with chicken stock! The person we got our pup from was already feeding him this brand and recommended it to us. He's never had any problems with this food and loves mealtime. We even use it in his "busy" toy where he pushes the chambered ball around to get the food out...great motivator inside!

We have a Sable and White Sheltie. We received him when he was nine weeks old. We started him on Natural Choice Samll Bites Puppy with a little water in the beginning. He was the smaller of the group at just five pounds. He seems to enjoy his kibble and eats well. The water mix was removed at about twelve weeks and now eats his food dry. He is now six months old and is twelve pounds and has tons of energy. He enjoys running and playing fetch. He has turned out to be a very nice little dog. I have no plans of changing from your brand. Let me begin by telling you how I got my puppy, a female pug we named Cinnamon, Cupcake, Cocoa, Ceviche and, finally, Donut. We just could not decide on a name for her! When I first held her, I didn't want her. I told the owner I wanted the runt of the litter, because I know how biased people are when choosing puppies. He puts the puppy back into the pen and after a few seconds I jump up and down with excitement, for I have spotted my 'runt'. He gives me an odd look, shakes his head, and picks up the pup. The moment I look into her expressive chocolate eyes I realize.... it's the same pup!!! I gave the owner my most embarrassed look and apologized to both him and my new baby... and the moment I held her to my chest and she placed her little head close to my heart, I knew it was meant to be, this puppy right here, she was the One!
Like I mentioned above, little Pug had many names to go by for a couple of days- we just couldn't decide on one!!! We wanted it to be perfect... and finally chose Donut. So while the name might have been a tough call, choosing the right food for her was not. I was prepared with information regarding nutrition for puppies and Pugs, asking questions to my local pet store and reading reviews online. It just seemed so obvious that Nutro was the way to go, and to my delight, my local petstore carried the brand AND the type of food(Nutro's Small Bites Puppy Chicken Meal, Rice, and Oatmeal Formula) we wanted for our little Donut to grow on! Fast forward a year later. Donut is growing as much as a runt can, and even though she's tiny for a Pug, she's healthier than most. She can outrun the neighbor's Chihuahas, and when we take her to the vet, he always comments on how strong and muscular she is, and especially on her shiny, soft coat. That coat of hers is something we are proud of, because we realize that with the right food and ingredients our Donut was growing to be the healthiest and smartest(she knows quite a handful of tricks!) pup she could ever be! Our little yellow lab was such a gift from day one! Rescued from a puppy mill by a local agency with her siblings, she was the last one standing on adoption day, tiny with huge paws and simply adorable. We saw her and fell in love!
On our way home we stopped at the pet store and the helpful clerk recommended Nutro small bites. I've never heard of it, afterall most commercial or "big box stores" don't carry it. We gave her chicken formula (small bites for her tiny mouth) a try.
The result: Our little gal is "regular", happy, energetic, smart and has soft, shiny, light yellow fur that always draws a lot of attention! This food helped give our girl the vital nutrients she was lacking from her sad situation, making our once undernourished Penny Lane the healthy, yellow lab puppy she deserves to be.
I do want to say that we ran out of dog food and in desperate need, I stopped by a retailer near my work and picked up some mid-priced puppy chow. we used it for 3 days and noticed her "Potty" was hard, black and entailed an almost painful process for our Penny.
My husband and I knew it was the food and were seriously shocked how dog food could make such a difference in not only the well-being and health, but the attitude of our pup. We threw the old food away.

My wife and I were looking for a Boston for company for the one that we already have. We found one that was located near where we live. He was cute but had a dull coat and though he was playful was lacking some of the energy that healthy pups have. We brought him home and purchased the brand of puppy food the people that had the litter was using and I also brought Nutro small bites and started to wean him off the food the that he was previously given. I got Leonidus (Leo) from a pet store in Long Island and after 3 days, he went straight to the hospital and was admitted for 2 weeks for Parvo.
The vet called me daily to let me know my puppy would likely not make it through the whole day, but after 2 weeks on IV's, they called me to bring him home. He struggled with diarrea and dehydration for weeks afterwards and would barely eat. If he did eat, he would either have fits of vomiting or diareah. I switched foods several times until I found the Nutro puppy formula.
FINALLY, a food he could keep down. I am happy to say he is now on Nutro adult sensitive formula and is a healthy happy 3 year old Cavapoo.

I think that the size of the morsels as well as the firmness is the right combination for a puppy. My puppy never seems to struggle at all with eating it. It is not like they are too big and he has to try and break them down into smaller pieces. He also does not seem to have any trouble crunching them up. I also think that the smaller bites appear to keep him from putting too much in his mouth at a time. Because they are so small, some fall back out and it keeps him from having a full mouth. We all know that puppies, until trained, act like they must consume everything in seconds. This food prevents this behavior from becoming a choking situation. And by the way, he also seems to really like the taste. Thanks Nutro!

Shortly after I adopted Max, a loving and energetic chiweenie, I immediately switched him to Natural Choice dry food. Within 3 days I could tell a difference in his appearance and energy levels. The food overall was good, my other dogs like sneaking into it, but my puppy didn't like it because it required alot of chewing. I was getting her ultra puppy food before. The larger bites are harder for her. Also she didn't seem to want to eat the food unless she did not eat anything else all day.

Since our last dog was also a Basset Hound, we immediately knew that we would be introducting our newest family member, Maggie, the Basset Hound to Nutro Puppy food. With Nutro, I always see a significant improvement with the puppy's coat. A Basset Hound typically sheds a LOT, but this is decreased by feeding them Nutro. I have tried grocery store brand dog foods in the past, but the coats are not shiny and the shedding is unbelievable! I'll stick to Nutro!! I purchased my schnoodle three months ago..her coat was pretty, but not like it is now. A friend recommended nutra dog food. At first i thought well "whats the difference" but there is! Her coat changed, it gat shiner, and she was full of energy. Initially I thought the food was a little pricey so we switched back to the original. Well for 2 days our puppy refused to eat her food. So we bought another bag of Nutro and placed it on one half of the bowl and the other brand on the other half. She smelt both first and ate all of the Nutro and left the rest. What a picky puppy. My cocker Spaniel Puppy has been on this food from the beginning of her solid food life. because she is a cocker spaniel she has sensitivities that are inherent to the breed. skin, eyes, joint health, heart health and food sensitivities. My puppy is doing great. Her skin is in excellent condition her coat is shiny and her eyes are beautiful. She has not had any tummy upset that can occur with other foods. Before I stared using Natural Choice, Melbourne was having a lot of stomach issues and didn't have nearly as much energy as she did before. She was always going into the backyard and eating grass to throw up her food. As a pet parent, this was sad to see! I went to the pet store by my house, and they recommended the Nutro products to me. I have loved seeing the results when I got my puppy (an Australian Shepherd) and switched him over to the NC small bites Chicken and Rice. I like this product because it does not prdice a lot of waste from the dog. His skin and coat is in great shape and he never leave any in his bowl. I also got the puppy treats and use them as a training aid.

When I first adopted my dog, Oscar, he came already eating Nutro dog food. I had originally intended to switch his food, but he did so well with it, I soon changed my mind. He is so full of energy, has not been sick, and has such a shiny coat! In my recent decision to switch him from puppy food to adult food, I had no doubt in my mind that he would continue eating the Nutro brand dog food!

I breed long coat chihuahuas and feed this to the puppies, and it meets all their needs, but the main thing I have noticed is the condition of their coats. Very full, soft and shiny. I recommend this to all the new owners.

I tried a couple different foods before trying Nuturo. I did not feel that my puppy was getting adequate nutrition from the other foods. He experienced vomiting during my experimenting with different brands.
Jackson loves his food, tolerates it well and is a very happy puppy now.

Our new puppy has loved this food because of the small kibble and the great taste. We feel good because it is healthy and need to be careful to not over feed because he loves it so much.

I had been using your large dog food with chicken and rice for some time and I started to raise Puggle puppies. I thought since your older dog food did so well on my dogs that I would see how good the puppy food was. All I can tell you is this, my puppies never looked better, they always looked well fed and their coats were beutiful. anyone coming to my home to see a puppy were amazed on how nice the coats on the puppies were. They were soft, shinny and show very little signs of shedding. I stress to each person who ever received one of my puppies that to keep the puppy healthy and happy to continue this food. I am going on sixty years old and have had dogs all my life and one thing I have learned that it is easier to keep a dog healthy by feeding it right and that means less unneccessary vet visits. I get compliments all the time on my puppies looks and I even show them the older dogs and how great their coats are too. When people see for themselves they are hooked.

I am active in Rescue and foster a lot of puppies. I have tried a number of puppy foods and get the best results from Nutro Natural Choice Small Bites Puppy Chicken Meal, Rice and Oatmeal Formula Puppy Food. Within just a few days of eating Nutro puppy food there is a noticeable difference in coat and stool quality. I recommend Nutro to all of my adopters.

I have been feeding my dog this type very since he was old enough to leave his mom.He loves it!!He is a Shih-zu and his fur is so soft.His skin is not dry which I know can happen with other brands of dog food.It is very easy on his stomachand he stays full longer.When he reaches a year I will switch to to the adult type of this brand. I love this product!!!

Our adopted cockapoo puppy, Molly, was ill in and out of the animal hospital before we adopted her. Her foster family had tried all kinds of tricks to get her to eat solid food, to no avail. We, too, tried several recommended brands, but they all seemed to cause stomach problems and she would flat-out refuse to eat them. Then we found Nutro Natural Choice Chicken, Rice, and Oatmeal. She loves it, and no more stomach problems!
