My 16 year old cat loves this food, but I was concerned to find some bits of what looks like rubber in the latest shipment from Chewy. I have to mash pills up in his food, and in doing this, I found some 1/4" by 1/8 inch size beige rubber bits that I couldn't split in half with a fingernail. He has surely gulped a few down before I discovered this. Looks harmless, but why is this in the food?

I adopted 2 mature cats. One cat has some issues, and the Vet suggested I give them Science Diet. They really do not like the same food for 2 meals in a row, so I am trying to switch them to minced since that has more choices. However neither of them will eat minced food. It has been 7 weeks now and my larger cat even lost weight before I gave in and gave them chunks only. On the plus side, they do love both the chicken and tuna chunks.

My 11 year old tabby has grown up on Hill's Science Diet products. Now at 11, he is enjoying the Adult 7+ Tender Chicken Dinner. Not too long ago, he had surgery - a benign brain tumor (meningioma). His great diet gave him the strength to successfully endure the procedure and bounce back to himself.

Each of my 5 cats likes a different food. My cat food bill has been huge buying multiple brands and flavors of foods they would eat, until now. All of them liked the flavor and texture of the canned Science Diet. They seem to have more energy as well.

The minced chicken dinner is what she can eat...tuna is too rich, even when mixed with chicken. I keep her on just the chicken, but she sometimes gets bored with it; however, vet says it is best to keep her on same diet.

I have fed all my cats Science diet from kitten stage to senior stage. I have been really lucky to share my life with my cats. My one girl lived to 20 and her sister. Sammi, to 17. My baby girl, Dusty, is now 16 years old. Everyone says I must be doing something right. I say yes. I fed them Science diet.

I think this cat food is high in protein and meets kitty's nutritional needs. My founteen year old cat eats it with enthusiasm.

We love Science diet but the cost has gone up a lot since we first started feeding our cats science diet. I wish they put less junk in the wet food though. Cats are carnivores not herbivores. I wish there was more of a variety for mature adult minced than available. Offer more coupons please!
