Mostly water
The last batch we bought was mostly water. Another reviewer said the same thing. We won't buy this particular stew unless and until it changes. We'll stick with the pates. by on 04/17/2023

Won't be buying again
We have been loyal customers to Hills Science Diet for the last 3 years. Over the last couple of months we made 3 separate purchases of the Hills Science Diet Roasted Chicken and Rice Medley and have had several bad cans. At first we thought it was a fluke, but considering they were separate purchases over months, we realized their quality has gone down drastically. All of our current cans are mostly water and others hsve lots of oxygen in the can which causes the food to decay and smell bad, clearly presenting a food poisoning risk. Hills Science Diet is more expensive, but we want our cats to have quality food, however considering our recent experience, we will be changing to another brand. I hope the vets who recommend this food figure out what's going on. As a pet owner, I want to know I can trust the professional's recommendations. by on 03/17/2023

My cats love this food. It's the only food one of my cats will eat. The tricky thing is, it's never in stock. Anywhere. Locally or online. You have to stay on top of checking each site daily. by on 10/27/2022

Kitten goes wild over this!
My kitten loves this food more than her dry food! She'd devour an entire can in a couple minutes if I let her. I tried switching her over to Royal Canin Kitten canned food because that's what's easier to find near me, but she retaliated and stopped eating the wet food once I stopped mixing it in with this one. After waiting a few days to see if she was just sick, I realized she just has a preference and it's definitely Hill's. by on 09/10/2019

My Fussy Girl Loved It
Thank you for the opportunity to try this food. I only give my cats Science Diet (dry and canned) so this is great to be able to give them some variety. This food looks great - you can see the different ingredients. One of my cats - who is usually a grazer - eating a bit at a time - would clean her dish. Definitely added to my list - I always want to have some on hand. Great nutrition and high protein. Too much rice

They licked the bowls dry, but left half the food
When my senior cats smelled the food being dished out, they were pretty excited. But they licked all the moisture out of the food and left half the food. Maybe if this was a pate formula it would have gone over better. by on 12/09/2016
