I wish everyone could see my dogs response to this food. He is 16 months old and we just started him on the Adult +1 food from the Large Breed puppy food. He runs to his dish and does the happy spin around like he used to do when he was a small puppy...OMG it makes us so happy that he loves his food this much. Thank you Hill's Science Diet.

Switched to this product, because my Veterinarian recommended it. Have been using it for a month and the dogs are just not responding to it, maybe it's the size of the kibble. I gave it a chance and will be going back to the food they liked. My Veterinarian won't be happy, but the dogs will be!!! This is a good brand, it's just for us.

My vizsla developed skin issues that I believe was due to age. It took a couple of tries but changed to the lamb and rice dog food. This seemed to help remedy the skin issues.

We rescued our Newfie lab mix and got him to a healthy weight with a gorgeous coat on the lamb and rice food. So so happy with it - preferred over the chicken since it has more protein for the energy he needs. The only thing I've noticed is the serving size - has anyone felt that they should be giving more to their dogs? Our dog is about 75 pounds and we give him four cups, but we feel like he needs six. Any help? Thanks!!!

I have two Labrador Retrievers that are 5 and 7 years old. They have been on Science Diet since they were puppies. This food has proved its worth! Every time I bring my dogs to the veterinarian they complement their teeth and ask what food we feed them. I have been to about 5 different vets in the past 7 years and they all say the same thing, and then comment on the greatness of the food. I tell people that the food is more expensive then the average cheap dog foods, but in the end it is well worth it! we have two healthy happy dogs and that's all thanks to Science Diet, and the quality foods that they make.

We tried many different types of dry dog food while our Mastiff was growing up and Science Diet was the only product that didn't cause any stomach issues for him. He loves the taste and is happy and healthy.

I have two pit bulls and one of them has a very sensitive stomach and science diet is the only dog food he can eat. I tried to switch him to a different food (the proper way of mixing the two types together for a week) and my dog started getting very gassy and having diarrhea. He stopped eating and drinking and was very sick. Once I nursed him back to health with chicken/rice and chicken broth, I started introducing the science diet back to him and he has been good ever since. It's the only food that I will keep my dogs on. I just wish it didn't cost so much because with two pit bulls, I go through quite a bit of dog food. :)

when we got our lab, the brand breeder had him on gave him diarreha. after a trip to the vets (not parvo) they suggested changing brands immediately. as my brussel griffons and rescued dog love your brand, we changed the labs. he is now 1yr old, 110lbs and very healthy. i had a coupon for mobility food, tried it since he's in the pool daily, he's become quite the swimmer. in fact the lab on the bag looks just like him, my husband cut the picture off bag and kept it!

in short , Science Diet is the only selection I will give my pack of 7,, they range from 2 to 9 and while they are not hard to please,,,because of the range of food from Hill's, our dogs are healthy and have no problems,,,they do know the difference if for a min I try to change their food,,because they won't touch any other,,,did I say they are too smart for their own good;) ps below a couple of my older boys...

We have gotten a lot of Hill Science Dog Food for our 2 Dalmatians, this time I got the Lamb / Rice and they won't eat it. I have tried adding water and some mixables, finally eat because they have gotten hungry enough. You might know I got a 33lb. bag and threw away the receipt.

I adopted my Great Dane/Lab with Rescue & my Veterinarian. He was very ill with ear & skin infection. We could count his ribs. He was very close to having a heat stroke. The rescue and veterinarian gave him medicine and your Hills Science dog food. And so have I he is so happy and healthy. When we take our walks I am asked what dog food do u give him. His coat is so beautiful! I tell everyone Hills Science Diet !!!

I have a picky Australian Shepherd, who I have tried out multiple types of SD food with. I just bought him this food yesterday after seeing another friend use it. He got very excited after he tasted it, and he seems to love it! Science diet has always helped my dogs be at their optimum health, and their coat is always shiny when they eat it. The kibbles also smell good (to me)! When I open the bag I can smell them! I think he really enjoys this food so far. I would recommend it to any other picky pups.

Ive used science diet lamb and rice on 2 sets of dogs, my first dog Spike of Oasis a wire haired fox terrier lived a healthy 15 + years on this great food. My new dogs Douglas and Fancy are enjoying it also.

He is such a picker I tried the Lamb and rice. He loves it and cleans his bowl everytime. I could not get him to do that with the cheaper dog foods. It is worth the money plus it makes his coat nice.

Lizzy, our 2 yr. old Springer has always enjoyed this food and she has a beautiful soft and shiny coat. We also sometimes give her the small bites for a change,for a TREAT we add green beans. We have been very pleased with the product as it has worked well maintaining her health and great for her teeth.

When we got our lab 7 years ago we had an awful time with his bowls. He had regular diarrhea. We were told to not let him swimm, not let him eat the grass, that he had an infection, but nothing seemed to work. I spoke to another vet about it and she recommended Science Diet's Lam Meal & Rice because she thought my dog might have a beef allergey and she was right. Just days after starting him on this he was normal and has stayed that way ever since.
