PetCareRx Update on Hurricane Sandy: Shipping, Customer Service and Sharing the Love

Our thoughts are with all of the families whose homes have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy.As you may know, our company was founded on Long Island and our warehouse and pharmacy remain there today. We are grateful that our employees made it safely through the storm. Unfortunately, like many of our neighbors and customers the property damage is significant and the recovery will take some time.Now that the storm has passed, we are working hard to get back up to the same speed of service you have come to expect from us.As of now, we still do not have power in our warehouse but are diligently working on alternatives. Some orders may be delayed due to limited power and shipping services in the area.As a token of thanks for bearing with us and to help support the important relief work that is happening on Long Island, we will be donating 5% of sales for the remainder of the week to the North Shore Animal League America. Their efforts before, during and after the storm to take in evacuated animals have helped many families leave homes that were unsafe, knowing their pets were in good hands until they could return.
