Great, my grand children can now walk our dog, he was a puller and they could not handle until we bought the Sporn harness.

NICE TO WALK WITHOUT BEING PULLED DOWN THE BLOCK.NOT TRYING TO PULL ME DOWN WHEN HE SEES A DOG.

I have a pug who is a bit aggressive on the leash on chokes herself every once in a while (if she really gets worked up). I just now came back on her first walk with this harness and I CANNOT TELL YOU what a difference it makes. My short legged pekingese was able to trot alongside her. Even better, a dog literally jumped out of the window of an unattended van into my dog and she didn't even give the dog the raspberries (if you have a pug you know this sound). Usually, she would lunge toward a dog if it startled her. She just smelled him for a while and walked away. I am dumbfounded.

We have 4 small (7-9 lbs) dogs that are not trained on the leash and they pull really hard. I tried the head harness, which kept coming off. They don't make one small enough for small dogs.I bought one of the Sporn to try before buying four. It worked, so I ordered 3 more. They still pull, but NOT NEAR HAS HARD. Walking them is now is much more tolerable. I dreaded taking them out with a regular collar. The Sporn is easy on and easy off. When we are traveling, I leave them on all day and they seem to be comfortable. Very well made. I have recommended it to many people. The only drawback I see is it probably won't fit any dog smaller than what I have.

I would recommend this product if you do the sewing! My boxer is out of control. Regular collar gives her too much control. Choke collar doesn't stop her from pulling and choking. A friend recommended the mesh harness. The downside to this product is the lack of size description, so you have to research the size on other websites or take your best guess. Although it worked great the first day, I noticed hours later that a chunk of her skin suffered rope burn under her "armpit." I was heart broken, but she wasn't in pain. I realized that the padding doesn't always stay under her "pits," so I will be sewing it to the mesh to protect against burns!

My best friend pulls the leash to stop her dog while walking him and I could not stand it. I felt terrible for the dog so I bought her this to use and it doesnt restrain the dogs neck. I really wish everyone would get a harness to use insteas of a leash when walking a dog that needs to be restrained.
