She a long haired domestic cat and we were bathing her every other day to try to kill the fleas. Within 24 hours she stopped scratching and rubbing to stop the biting. I will not buy another, and cannot recommend this product at all. Just one fall back my puppy just chewed off a brand new one and that is a bummer to loose that much money. Otherwise I love this product. I waited two weeks before I gave him a bath to let the product do its job. It took about a month for it to fully do its job. Product is working and it's nice to know I don't have to apply monthly.
