Good customer service but cat does not like the food

My cat does not like this food at all. He really likes the dry but I got tired of throwing away cans of food so I stopped ordering it. by on 02/24/2020
Seemingly Works

At first my cat was on the dry kibble version of this after a bad urinary tract infection that could have killed him. 2 years on the dry stuff, Now the vet says wet food is okay for cats again and that I should switch. Unlike the other review my cat has no problem munching this stuff down but he the intake is a can a day. It's about a $60 per month increase from the $45 buck bag of kibble. I say seemingly because he hasn't had any urinary problems since being on this food, dry or wet, but that correlation may be incorrect and it hasn't prevented anything, or maybe it has. by on 09/08/2016
Waste of money

I know cats are finicky eaters, but a sick cat that needs to eat this for Bladder issues... Won't eat it. You think they would try and make this a little more appealing. It is a lump of food. I tried adding warm water, she won't eat it and was getting skinnier.. I bought Iams urinary tract at Pet Supermarket and she is eating that. I know it's not the same.. But it's worthless if they don't eat it. by on 01/01/2016
