Inside the house he is never allowed on carpet and sleeps on clean tile. Outside is an enclosed Gravel area with some exposed dirt areas. He eats once a day. Approx 2 cups of food. I did not recieve your entire question but I assume your pet has a few sore spots on the skin???? These could be hot spots. First, check your pet for fleas and if you see fleas treat them with a flea shampoo and a topical flea control medication such as frontline or advantage. I like to treat hot spots with keflex antibiotics, prednisone for itching, and topical antibiotic and anti inflammatory such as gentacin spray. I recommend that you see a vet as well for a proper diagnosis. Good luck, vetcare
