a couple of days ago, my husband found 3 kittens in the back room of his shop. they appeared to be newly born because they were still wet. they were meowing like crazy but there was no mother around. he kept checking them and noticed one fell out of the box to the floor. he scooped it up on a piece of cardboard & put it back in. the next morning we went back to check them & found one in the box dead, another under the box dead & the third one faintly meowing. We finally found it barely alive, took it to humane society where they gave me a milk sub. to feed it w/an eyedropper every 2 hrs. my question is , how long do i have to feed it every 2 hrs. & how much should she be drinking? she is only 3.5 oz. she survived 2 days so far.
She should be fed every 2 hrs for at least 4 weeks/ or until she is 4 weeks old. The KMR mild that you are feeding her should have a chart on the side of the container that helps with the amount of milk she should be drinking at any specific weight. vetcare
