I have had my Dog on cyclosporin for 3 months for a pre-anal festula and it has not had significant results. This month financially I could not afford the cyclosporin. It runs me about 489.00 a month. Well any way I started 2 weeks ago giving her penicillin. It was my perscription for a toothache. I cut the dose in half and the festula is almost healed. My question is: Should I keep her on the penicillin? And can my vet perscribe it?
You have to talk to your vet about this. vetcare
