I have been adopted by a cat and I know nothing of her history. She is very slim, very active, has a fast heartbeat and permanetly hungry. She appears to have grown over the year I have been looking after her, which, together with her boundless energy, curiosity and playfulness, made me think that she is a young cat. However, she has only two teeth, one fang and one rear tooth which is badly affected with plaque. How can I determine how old she is?
The only way you can determine her age is by the condition of her teeth and judging by what you have told me about her teeth, it sounds like she is older. vetcare
