My 4-year old male Cocker Spaniel is vomiting several times during the week and has done so for a long time, maybe a year.
It is allways in the morning before breakfast and he does it even when he has access to food all night.
The vomit is yellowish flam/foamy without odor and he does it twice with in 5 minutes.
After having vomited he will not eat for 4 to 5 hours, even treats will he not eat in that period.
He is fed dry food twice a day (Proplan's beef/rice formula), he is drinking normal, is playfull, alert and love to be trained.
What is your diagnosis and suggested remedi.
Thanks for your help.
Well, a true diagnosis will take testing. A blood test, stool analysis, x-ray and intestinal biopsy will help. This could be inflammatory bowel disease, dietary related, stenotic pyloris, mass etc.. good luck, vetcare
