We need to have proof of rabies vaccinations and are usually provided with this by the vet who administers the shot. If I give my dog the vaccination myself, do you have some proof I could submit that would be acceptable? I live in Los Angeles. My concern is that if I give him the shot I may have trouble proving it to Animal Control's satisfaction.
Also, is the rabies vaccination administered subcutaneously or intramuscularly?
