I adopted my dog about 2 months ago from the shelter. She is a toy poodle and goes crazy when I'm not here. She dosen't cause any mischief, she just cries and whines like a baby. My manager has called twice with complaints. Is it OK to have her in traveling crate (the one that has the cage in the front and the rest is enclosed? Or is it better to have her in a cage where all the sides are open. The crate she is in now is big enough for her to stand and move around a bit with her bones. I have just ordered clamicalm from you guys.
Do you have any other suggestions?
I recommend a crate that she can see out of. Give her a treat when you leave. Try a kong toy with a treat inside of it. This will distract her. Only give her this treat when you leave. Pick it up as soon as you get home. vetcare
