I have a cattle dog or canaan dog who is about 2 yrs old. I have had him for about a year. The dog was diagnosed with skin allergies last year that I was told would be a seasonal problem. He scratches as if he has fleas but he has no problems with fleas. He also chews his tail and pulls the hair out. Last year his left eye became very bloodshot and it was diagnosed as part of the allergies. This year the eye is bloodshot but also has pink wart-like bumps all around the eye lid. He wants to scratch it all the time. He was perscribed benedryl initially but when that did not help he recieved 120mg of Primor, which seemed to help a lot more.
We now have no money for a vet bill and I was wondering if you had a natural medication you might be able to recommend that I can purchase over the counter.
If your pets allergies are so severe then I doubt any "natural" remedy will work. Sorry, vetcare
