We took in a dog that had been raised by a woman that worked 13 hrs. aday, she never was home with him, but the dog was well behaved and trained very good when he came to live with us 9 months ago. He is well behaved to my daycare kids, never bites them or even grawls at them, but when the parent brings them and when they the parents leave the dog goes wild and trys to bite their hand or shoes. It is really getting out of hand in the last 5 weeks though. Homer is 5 years old, a shutizu i know i did not spell that right , but if we put him on his dog lease, he will sit and not move, then i try and punish him by putting him in the other room, and shutting the door, but then when i leave him out he runs to the door and barks like crazy and jumps l to 2 ft. up the patio door and them. I hope you and advice me on how i can calm our dog down, we love him very much, now that we got him, but the parents our soon going to get tired of this action of our dog, please advise us.
