My female, long-haired calico cat, Molly, has been on a solitary diet of Iams Weight Control & Hairball Control for the last year. We try to limit her portions to 1/2 cup twice a day, but she is still overweight. She is kept indoors and is limited in her exercise. Molly is always begging for food. Should we change her diet? How can we improve her well-being?
Thank you for any assistance.
How overweight is she? She may need to be on a stricter weight control diet such as science diet w/d or r/d. Talk toyour vet about this. vetcare
