What would you do if your 12 year old golden retriever cross was diagnosed with liomiosarcoma (on the intestine)and found (at the time of surgery from a bone marrow biopsy) to have CLL???
Would you put the dog on chemotherapy or let her live out the remainder of her days as peacefully as possible?
Canine intestinal neoplasia are usually malignant. If your pet also have bone marrow cancer the prognosis is poor. I recommend that you seek the opinion of a veterinary oncologist. They may be able to give you better advice and a prognosis reguarding the chemo. good luck, vetcare
