I have been told that heatgard doesn't guarantee it's product if purchased via the internet. For example if my pet has a postive test result for heartworms and was given the product purchased via the net that they (Heartgard) would not cover the expenses for treatment of heartworms verses if I purchase the product through my vet. Is there any truth to this and is there any info from the company regarding this guaratee?
