My 11 yr old cocker spaniel had a single episode of Panceatitis 1 year ago. She recovered well but since then has developed an insatiable appetite. She acts hungry all the time. She is maintaining her weight, but really gets aggresive when she wants something to eat. She gets fed twice a day. Should I have her ckecked for something else that would cause this appetite? She is on a low fat diet.
The reason she may be hungry all the time is b/c of the low fat diet. Yes, I recommend a blood test to be on the safe side. Vetcare
