My adult cat had five kittens last week. They all have a bad case of fleas. I keep them in the laundry room. I need to know how I can get rid of the fleas on all of them before they infest the house. Got any suggestions?
The fleas have probably already infested the house. Most flea control products can not be used on cats under 6 weeks of age and nursing and pregnant queens. At 6 weeks of age you can try advantage or program. For now I would use a flea comb on the kittens and a mild flea shampoo on the Queen. Make sure the Queen is thoroughly washed off and dry prior to reintroducing her to the kittens. I would also treat the enviroment. vetcare
