I understand from reading through several of the questions sent to you that you like Frontline and Advantage for flea infestations. Will it hurt to use the topical kind on the neck once a month and also the spray for the weeks in between application of the monthly treatment? Also I have bombs to set off in the house. However, can we leave the cats in the house? Maybe put them downstairs in the basement (although some of the bomb residue may leak through the heating vents)? One cat (neutered male) can be put outside. However, the 2nd cat is a female who has not been spayed yet. I don't want to put her outside to run around and possibly get pregnant. Thanks for you advice.
NO, the cats can not be in the house when you bomb ( not even in the basement). I do not recommend that you use the frontline spray in conjunction with the topical. You can call the company to find out if the two are approved to be used together. You can use advantage every 2 weeks if you have a heavy flea problem. vetcare
