I have three feral cats that were trapped, spayed and neutered, 2 female and 1 male. I was told that both females were found to be pregnant during the surgeory. I did not release them back to where they were because the neighborhood is becoming a high crime area and I did not know how much longer I would be able to go there to feed them. They are in a closed off section of my basement until I can find a suitable area for relocation. I only see one female hiding under the stairs when I go down to take care of them, the other two found a way to get up into a portion of dropped ceiling. They are eating, drinking and using the litter boxes. One has a very loose stool problem and yesterday there was a fair amount of blood with it. I am not sure what to do or how to go about doing something. Your input would be very much appreciated.
If you see blood in the stool and you have a relationship with your vet then I would call your local vet for help. You may need to trap the cat and bring it to the vet. vetcare
