We have a Schnauzer-Terrier mix. Acquired from a shelter, and were told that he was abused.
We have noticed lately ,after having him for 4 years, that he has some seizures which worries us. Is there any way that we can help him apart from giving him medication. Diet change, different heart worm tablets etc....
Your pet should have bloodwork and possibly an MRI, to help determine the cause of the seizures. Talk to your vet about phenobarbitol. This helps control the seizures. I do not know if your pet is a candidiate. vetcare
