My kitten is approximately 6 months old and has recently had his final distemper shot last Wednesday. His health is fine and I have had no problems with him. However, 2 days ago he started vomiting. Sometimes it is clear, and others it is clearly everything that he ate during his most recent meal. I am concerned and don't know what is causing this. He is playful, attentive, and doesn't seem to otherwise have a problem. I feed him Eukanuba kitten food and I use premium clumping cat litter, as I have an automatic litter box. I was told that he may be ingesting the litter and it could be forming a blockage. I can't really tell if he's using the box, as we have 2 cats. Any suggestions or ideas as to why this is happening?
I recommend that you bring the cat back to the vet for a re-check. I am sure your vet will want to know the cat is vomiting after the vaccination. vetcare
