On Christmas day, my bullmastiff (Maximus) collapsed outside. We had just left the house for a walk and he started to stumble like he was drunk. He then fell over on his side and didn't move for a few minutes. He woke up while I was carrying him to the house. The vet said it was a siezure. Suprisingly, I have found out that my neighbour's dog also had a siezure the same week. It seems like a very large coincidence. Could something be causing the dogs to do this? Possibly road salt, or chemicals?
Road salt will not cause this to happen. Something may be causing this but I do not know how you will find out. Sorry, vetcare
