I have a 4 year old silver/black German Shepard. who is allergic to chicken, beef, fish, barley, corn, grass, hemp, willow trees, flys, ticks etc.
He can eat pork, deer, duck, kangaroo and I think rabbit.
I make his food from pork roast, string beans, potatoes, carrots and peas.
MY QUESTION--- Is the starch enzyme in the potatoes or the peas adequate enough to break down the protein in the pork?
Remember he can't have rice, corn , barley or similiar foods that are normally used from a STARCH ENZYME to digest/assimilate the protein into the blood.
