I have a long haired indoor cat who is not eatting and in the past week has lost alot of weight. He was seen by his vet on Saturday and tested for Cite Feleuk/FIV and heartworms all came back negative. He is Dehyrated they gave him fluids and a enema and sent him home with
Laxatone and Clavomox when giving him medicine I notice his mouth was full of his hair. They do not have a clue to what is wrong with him. They are wanting to do more blood work to see if it is his liver or kidneys. Do you think this could be hairballs or something else?
This could be may things. I agree with the tests that your vet performed. Hopefully you will get an answer. vetcare
