Well-built toy, but tiny! The only reason I am giving a 4 is because of the photo/description on the site. The photo makes it look like it a 'normal' sized toy. I was shocked when I received the box and this toy is the size of a cat toy! It is well-made as it is Kong, but I have passed it along to my friend with a small dog. (Mine are 50-70 lbs and would swallow this thing. Eek.) Be sure to read the measurements on toys before purchasing.
