Rated 5 out of 5by Very effective against my dogs atopyThis antihistamine is very effective against my dogs allergies, which is the cause of his sneezing and dermatitis. It had been a year-round problem, but now Spring is the only season where he needs additional help. Unlike other antihistamines I have tried, this one appears to have no side affects. 07/23/2014
Rated 5 out of 5by Great Allergy ReliefUse for seasonal allergies for my dog and they are an effective and inexpensive way to take care of scratching and chewwing. 07/14/2014
Rated 5 out of 5by wowI have been to my vet countless times getting my shih tzu steriod shots because of the non stop itchying... I'm so thankful for this meds...but i found it on another web site MUCH cheap..only 14.00 a bottel and the shipping was 7.00 that's a few dollars cheaper 10/29/2009
Rated 5 out of 5by Allergic to Florida? My dog became itchy with no other explanation other than environment. When we visit my parents in Maryland, she doesn't need the clemastine, but as long as we're in Florida, she has one a day. With out it, she scratches and gnaws at herself and has hot spots. 12/18/2008
Rated 5 out of 5by Only thing that helped my dogWe tried numerous vets, medicines, tests . Benedryl didn't work, nor did the prescriptions the vet put her on. I looked online and found out that Tavist ,which is the Clemastine, had better results than the other meds without as many side effects. My dog still has some problems, but this medicine has worked wonders. I wish I would have found this before all the vet bills, tests and especially all the months of misery my dog went through. 08/18/2008
Rated 5 out of 5by Itch reliefThis product is very effective in the treatment of allergies and skin problems and prevents excessive scratching and licking. PetCareRx's price is far less than what we usually pay at our vet's office. 04/19/2008

Rated 5 out of 5by I had a snorerI tried everything for my shelter rescue dog that snored, had dry skin, and was not very active. This helped alot. I give it everyday, and once I stopped using it, and saw the difference. So it works well for her. Doesn't make her sleepy, either. 08/08/2007
Rated 5 out of 5by Relief for my dog and meWas using Chlorpheniramine and Diphenhydramine, but relief was marginal and her skin was dry and she still scratched. Was leery of trying Clemastine because of cost, but it does work best. One pill daily and a bath or two a week. Still has some problems, but very much better. Still a big pain in the butt for me, but much better 07/21/2007
Rated 5 out of 5by Helps my dog with seasonal itchingMy yellow lab gets quite itchy during the spring & summer months. Clemastine has been the only non-prescription med that will give him any relief! 05/27/2007
Rated 3 out of 5by Clemastine works for itching & red rash and bumpsOur toy fox terrier has an rather nasty skin allergy, to what we don't know yet. It comes upon her in June and lasts till September or October. She becomes inflamed red with bumps where she was exposed. Paws, stomach, chest. She was living on steriods and benadryl. Until Clemastine. Now Clemastine and a daily bath when she comes inside, does the trick. 07/01/2005
