Rated 5 out of 5by Puzycat69 Kitties Crazy for Purina I've always had trouble getting my cats to eat anything besides can food, until I tried this. They love it! I've been able to scale back the # of cans I feed them as they have really taken to Naturals. 08/13/2015
Rated 3 out of 5by Mavreen Watch Out for the Calories The problem with dried cat food (or "chow") is that it is very high in calories for the amount of nutrition it gives your cat.
Lats live on protein. Their natural diet consists of birds, mice, the occasional grasshopper, and some "greens: to help digestion. Cat chow is full of things like corn as part of the protein delivery system. This may help give the protein content form, but is does nothing for your cat. (Have you ever noticed that a cat that eats a lot of chow poops more often than a cat that eats mostly wet/canned protein? They are expelling all of the "junk food" their bodies do not need!)
The average indoor cat needs only 180 to 200 calories per day. Purina Naturals has over 390 calories per cup -- nearly twice the amount your cat needs.
A tip -- most all bags of cat chow list the calories per cup somewhere, usually below the nutrition analysis. It is listed in kilo-calories. To translate into American, move the decimal point one place to the left. (For example, 3986 k-calories equals 398.6 calories as we understand them.)
Finally, what makes this version of Purina cat Chow different from the others is that it doesn't use dyes to make the kibble appealing to the human eye. Other than that, it's like human junk food -- okay in small amounts, but you don't want to live on it. 08/13/2015

Rated 5 out of 5by Brooke32 Wonderful! This is the only food I will buy for my cat cuddles. My dad accidentally bought me a different brand and my cat would not eat. Now even my parents feed their cat's naturals. Before I moved I had 3 cats, but one passed away and because of where I live I can only have one pet so my parents are taking care of my other cat. 08/12/2015
Rated 5 out of 5by CattyDaddy Healthy Product My cats have had digestive problems with other brands of cat foods, but since I have started feeding them "Naturals", those problems have disappeared. 08/12/2015
Rated 3 out of 5by CosmoCats Positive direction in a commercial cat food This product is healthy enough to provide an average quality, balanced feline diet, because it includes protein, carbs, vitamins, and nutrients required by cats like taurine. Unfortunately, 4 of the first 6 ingredients are grains, which prevents this product from distinguishing itself over and above other commercial cat foods.
Don't you agree that "Naturals" is a poor choice of words to describe a food product? Anyone who reads labels knows that "natural" is subjective and meaningless, unlike "organic". 08/12/2015

Rated 4 out of 5by Jsto21 16 year old "delicate" cat Our 16 year old cat isn't as spry as she once was, when we noticed her acting sluggish we decided to put her on a health kick as well....she's loving this food and loves the energy she has been having! Thanks Purina! 08/12/2015
Rated 5 out of 5by heddis Love it!! Purina® Cat Chow®Complete Formula is what I feed my cat now. She was over weight when I got her, so I started feeding her Purina® Cat Chow® Healthy Weight. Once she got down to an average weight, I began feeding her this. It has not made her gain weight as I control how much she gets. She absolutely loves this food!! I now also switch between Purina® Cat Chow®Complete Formula and Purina® Cat Chow® Naturals. I do this to make sure she is getting enough protein and also to control hairballs. 08/12/2015
Rated 5 out of 5by EmilyAnnG Ironically use this for different animal My sister has two ferrets, which I ended up gaining responsibility taking care of. Ironically, ferrets eat cat food, but it has to be a nice quality. This ended up being the cat food that I used and now my sister uses since I passed them on. It's seems very healthy for the animals. 08/12/2015
