- Bravo Pet Food is recalling certain lots of Bravo Turkey and Chicken pet foods for dogs and cats, as they may be contaminated with Salmonella
. This bacteria can be a concern for not only the pets consuming the contaminated food, but also for the humans handling the tainted product.

After a routine testing by the Nebraska DOA revealed the presence of Salmonella in the two lots, a recall was issued.
Low.As of now, there has been no reports of human sickness as a result of the aforementioned foods, and the amount of food affected is relatively low.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have a bag of the recalled food in your home:
- Dispose of it immediatly
- Keep an eye out for the symptoms of Salmonella
- Contact your veterinarian
