My dogs love it. They eat less. Their coat is shiny. The only fault i have is that it doesn't come in a 50 lb bag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by PedroJM Macy Loves her Beneful!
Every morning I am awaken by our very eager, playful, and HUNGRY fur-baby! Macy, our 2 year old Shlelty, jumps on the bed and proceeds to demand our attention by climbing on us and giving us "kisses" until we are awake. Next comes a few minutes of playtime, followed by bowl of breakfast! Macy absoloutley loves her Beneful food and treats. She eats her food, and if it was up to her, she'd have seconds (we have nicknamed her Pigglet)! After our meal, it's off to the yard to play some more! Macy is a fairley active dog, and her energy level remains constant. Her diet is a key factor. We are glad she enjoys her food!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Waltdari SUGAR?
Why is there sugar in dog food??????????????????? First ingredient is corn meal. This is not what are loved pets need. GMO corn. This dog food is not good for your dog.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aliegirl She Eats It Up and Looks Great!!
Our dog Alie came from a pet shelter and looked skinny...not to mention had course hair that flaked and would shed. We have had her about a year and with a great diet (we feed her twice a day), she looks so healthy now. Her weight is perfect and she has great fur and skin. She LOVES meal time. It's almost like she knows how to tell time! We love feeding her Beneful!

This is one of the few brands that my dog can eat without getting sick. It's good for his sensitive stomach, and they have a plant in Denver where we live which creates jobs so it's a win win.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DF50 Beneful Original
We have had our Basset for 11 of her 14 years and when we adopted her from someone, they had been feeding her Beneful all her life, and so have we. The recent allegations against Purina over Beneful concern me, but like I said our dog has eaten this all her life. It has a good amount of protein in it--more than a lot of dog foods do, and she is healthy and already outlived her life expectancy. The only thing I would like to see are more soft foods as she likes softer food.

I would never again feed this to my dogs. it contains dye, sugar and vast amounts of grains and not actual meat or vegetables.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SisW tasted great
My dog loved the taste but it makes him break out in a rash. His muzzle and paws break out in red bumps that are obviously very itchy. Can you please come up with a grain free version?
