Our Cocker Spanel has pimples with scabs over them. It started on the belly and has now moved to her mouth and a few on her back and ears. We think it is Sacoptic Mange for mites in our dusty house. We took her to a vet and he said it was a Virus. I still thing it is the Mites is there anything we can do ???
Why don't you go to another vet for a second opinion. vetcrae
