The Pet Points program is our way of thanking you for being a loyal shopper with PetCareRx.com. All you need to do in order to get Pet Points is to simply make a purchase, and you will get 1 Pet Point for every dollar you spent.

Pet Points are worth 5% of the dollar value of your order, so if you have 100 pet points, you will have $5 to apply to your future orders. You can use Pet Points on any purchase, at anytime, but you must make a purchase at least once every six months from the date of Pet Points awards to keep those points active.

Using Pet Points is easy. During the checkout process, if you have available pet points, you will be asked if you wish to apply them to your current order. Simply click the 'apply' button, and the dollar amount displayed will be deducted from your order.

Pet Points Details

• Pet Points will be reflected on your account once your order is shipped.
• Pet Points can only be redeemed through internet orders.
• Pet Points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used towards products.
• Pet Points can not be refunded on cancelled orders.
