Where is my order? How can I track my order?
Your pets are important to you, so you need to know when their medications, toys, and treats are going to arrive. Tracking your order at PetCareRx is easy. Simply sign in into your account, view your orders, and click ‘Track’ and your order’s current status will be displayed.
Is PetCareRx a Licensed Pharmacy?
Yes. PetCareRx is a licensed pharmacy in all 50 states, and we dispense the same EPA & FDA approved medication as your veterinarian. We are always staffed by multiple licensed pharmacists, and have the most technologically advanced pharmacy systems available to ensure the accuracy and safety of your pet’s prescription.
Do you accept returns?
At PetCareRx your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order or an item, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Click here to see the full details of our return policy.
