Rated 2 out of 5 by Belle Very Disappointed
Our dog is diabetic and when her blood sugars are elevated, she urinates more frequently and in larger amounts. We used a less expensive brand of pad before, but the lcoal pet store switched to the Advanced Brand. The Ultra absorbent pads do hold 6 cups of liquid as stated on the package, but the liquid will overflow on two of the sides that are not sealed. This creates a horrible mess!! The urine flows under the pad and anywhere else it can flow to. I still have 25 out of 50 pads left. I continue to use them because I don't want to waste them. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

THESE ARE REALLY BAD. WHEN THE DOGS USE THEM URINE RUNS OFF THE EDGE ONTO THE FLOOR. THEY MAKE THE HOUSE SMELL. NO ADHESIVE TO SECURE THEM TO THE FLOOR. I HAVE OVER HALF A PACKAGE OF 50 COUNT PACKAGE LEFT AND WENT BACK TO THE BRAND I USED TO USE. THESE ARE AWFUL

Rated 1 out of 5 Very Dissappointed
We have been very dissappointed with these "Ultra Absorbant" pads. We have always used the "No Tracking" Natures Miracle pads because our dog only uses the ones with grass smell. My mom is disabled and these are much easier for her. We buy in 100 count boxes. Our local Petsmart switched to carrying these "Ultra Absorbant" pads instead, which cost more. We have tried multiple boxes and have been very dissappointed. We thought they were an improved version, but THEY ARE NOT. They are Poor quality, Rip easily, Many of them have been glued together or the corners glued down, They are thinner and just overall, a way inferior product. The "No tracking" pads were way better. I have told my local Petsmart and they have told me that they have had many "Ultra Absorbant" pads returned to them. I am hoping they go back to carrying the old "No Tracking" pads or we will be switching to another brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by janine horrible product!
I bought cheap urine pads from another store that worked way better than these advanced "ULTRA" ABORBANT PADS. I have small dogs that do not need the 7 cups they say the will hold, the urine goes right through the sides onto the floor, if I could I would return them and get my money back I spend three times as much on these and for what? Nothing that is for sure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by bsmc these are terrible
These are not as absorbant as they should be, first of all. Plus, for an older person, it is extremely difficult to tell which side is the correct side for absorbtion and which side goes down. We have also had several pads glued together so they could not be opened up properly. I will not be buying them again.

It really absorbed 100% and the price is fair. I am so happy for my wife, because she will have more time to relax after the work.
