Clindamycin capsules are an oral medication available by prescription in convenient capsules. Dosage for Clindamycin (Capsules)

For skin infections as well as dental infections, administer 2.5-15mg/lbs body weight in a gap of 12 hours. In case of osteomyelitis, the prescribed proportion would be 5mg.lb body weight every 12 hours. In either case, medication can be continued for 7-10 days or even a month.
