Filling a Prescription Online

At PetCareRx, we strive to make ordering prescription medication for your pet as easy as 1-2-3. Once you have added the desired medication to your cart, follow this simple process.

To help you get your prescription quickly, just follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Answer: a few questions about your pet and your vet during the checkout process. This information will be stored in our system after you enter it the first time, for quicker checkout next time.
2. Choose: how you’d like to get your prescription info to our pharmacists. We can contact your vet for you, look up a refill you already have on file, or you can mail us your original prescription. You can easily select the best option for you during checkout. 3. Sit back, relax: and wait for your prescriptions to arrive. If you chose that we contact your vet, a pet specialist will contact you if we have trouble reaching your vet after several attempts.
