Q I forgot my password, what should I do?
No problem, simply click on “Sign In” and select the “Forgot password” option, enter the email address associated with your account and we’ll send you an email with a temporary password.
Q How to I change my password?
After signing in, click on "Orders | My Account" in the utility bar on the top of your screen, then choose "Account Information" from the blue "MY INFO" menu bar. Then click the blue pencil icon next to the password field. Alternatively, Click Here after signing in to go directly to that page.
Q How do I order my pets prescription medications?
As a licensed VIPPS certified pharmacy, we can dispense your pets prescriptions with a veterinarians authorization. During checkout of your order placement our step 4 process will request your veterinarians contact information for authorization purposes. A drop down menu will allow you to select an option for PetCareRx to contact your veterinarian for approval or if you have a written prescription you may mail the original signed copy to our pharmacy located at:

If you choose to mail it in, please include your order ID on the prescription so that we may link it to your order. Once your order is placed it will be on hold for 7 days to allow time for us to receive the prescription. Once the approval has been processed, your order will be shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days.

Your pets are important to you, so you need to know when their medications, toys, and treats are going to arrive. Tracking your order at PetCareRx is easy. Simply click on the “Orders” in the top toolbar on your screen and either login to view your “order history” or enter the order number if you do not have an account with us.

To increase customer convenience, we have partnered with over 60,000 pharmacies across the United States (e.g., CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart). Our customers can now choose to either have their orders delivered to their doorstep or to pick up their prescriptions from a neighborhood pharmacy. As a result of these partnerships and local tax regulations, some of your items may be subject to sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax in the location to which the order is shipped or in which the item is purchased, tax will generally be calculated on the total selling price, after all discounts, for each individual item in accordance with applicable tax laws.
